I have unexpectedly received the last presents for the children of Cape Verde, though the most important one came in the form of a wave of solidarity for the children, whose "godparents" seem to have forgotten about them at a crucial moment when school fees would need to be paid for.
My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Ana Borges, João de Barros, Dina, Maria João and Rosario who without any hesitation contributed towards making it possible for those "forgotten" children to have their school ensured having thus lifted my burden in regards to this rather difficult matter.
I have also been given presents and small gifts for Erica, Nélida, Neuza, Simone, Edeson, Edeson Junior and his sister, Ismael, Carla, Diva, Rosana and a girl, whose name I don't recall.

A whole bunch of presents for Eviline, little Edeson Junior and her sister bought by Beta and Carla (left) and a new dress with a necklace and sandals to go with bought by Beta's sister Lurdes for the girl, whose name I don't recall (right).

I should also mention I have been handed some extra money for Ângela's university by Ana do Vale and Rosario together with money by Carla Brigida, Ana do Vale, Beta, Cecilia and Rosario for the school fees of their "godchildren", as well as a bunch of cards for Rosana, Josefine, Kevin, Eunice, Diva, Carla, Eduardo, Ana Galina and Filomena.
Note: Eva and Margarida's small gifts for Simone and Neuza were packed without having been photographed.
