The one day trip to Malmö, Sweden (cont.) - the morning of the 20th of June 2012

We soon found ourselves by the Canal, which was  quite beautiful to look at ... a feeling of serenity took over us, enhanced by the cemetery just close by. Since Faye has left us we don't fear walking around cemeteries any more, for all it may sound rather strange and even "contradictory" ..., and so we did, just like we have dozens of times after that fatal day ...








































 




We then turned back along the canal and headed towards the Trianglen area having stopped at a Square where a rather exquisite fountain caught our attention.





































We realised there was quite a big garden behind the Opera House and being in need of relaxing for a while we headed towards the Holmsvägen.







There stood the Opera House just across the street between the Magistratsparken and the Pildammsparken. A twenty two figure statue- fountain, the Tragos fountain by Nils Sjogram imposed itself  at the Opera's entrance ...
